Weatherscapes Meditation
- Get relaxed and comfortable by either sitting up straight or lying down.
- Stay tuned in with your breathing. Allow each breath to relax you further.
- Once you are in a very deep state of relaxation choose a date and a place you would like to visit.
- Set your intentions accordingly and then imagine that you are at this place during the chosen time and day whether it be past, present of future..
- Allow yourself to look around you. Notice the details of the scene you have created. Be aware of your surroundings ie: if you are indoors or outdoors, whether you can hear flowing water, trees, buildings etc. .
- Then look up and around and notice the weather conditions of that time and place by either looking out your window (if you are indoors in your vision) or find yourself outside where you can feel the weather. Notice the sky conditions, precipitation if any, winds and temperature. Continue to be aware of the weather on your chosen date in your vision for a few moments.
- Once you are done come out of our relaxation and wake up and write down what you experienced in your journal.
