Golden Flame Meditation
- Choose a limiting pattern in your life or a belief that you wish to become free of
- Go into a deep relaxation sitting upright
- Think about that limiting pattern that you are naturally releasing. Feel it, know it, become one with it.
- Once you have made an inner or intuitive connection through your feelings in your mind without thinking about it give that pattern a shape, and then a color. Now instead of a concept of something non-tangible you have a very tangible colored shape in your mind’s eye. Feel the emotions/feelings you got in step 3 but don’t feel them within yourself. Feel them emanating from that colored shape outside of you.
- Now Imagine that there is a beautiful golden flame gently burning in your heart center. Feel that flame open your heart to experience unconditional love.
- Gently place the colored shape in that flame and watch and feel it burn down in the golden flame of your heart. Watch for dark smoke rising up out of the burning shape and floating away towards infinity. allow this shape to completely burn down to nothing.
- Allow the flame to diminish leaving your heart open or closed to a comfortable level then come out of the process.
- You can repeat this process as often as you want to until you feel that through love and embracement that you have naturally released whatever unhealthy patterns you are working through.
